Anyone ever wonder how beautiful and unique each and every flowers are  that are found in nature ...well,I have and I have also observed that there is no way man -made flowers are going  to look as good . But God blessed us and told us that we are capable of great things ,so maybe we can perhaps make beautiful flowers ,but can we make it grow ? I don't think so ,But that didn't stop me from trying  desperately to make these flowers with materials that were available to me .

 Especially because I love nature and everything in it I  love  flowers and trees the most of all in God's creation ,Love and thank God  for putting such care in creating every little flowers,every single greens .

Now about this post ,  Most commonly seen products are made from coconut shells ,and the caps are made into potpourri .

I thought I'll make these Coconut caps  into something attractive for my table, for interior decoration . Although at first I thought and was reluctant about making these flowers ,I'm very pleased at the way it turned out in the end . loving the handmade Wild Roses . 

They are beautiful and proudly adds color to my table ,I added some simple crepe paper leaves to this and it was wonderful . I suggest everyone who has plenty of coconut farms to try out this craft. Experiment with different colors and go wild . You will fall in love with your work .

You can use this to decorate your home in so many ways . If you get bored with one color just make the next batch with different colors .

Hello all , wonderful day here in my beautiful Kanyakumari . Coconut trees everywhere ,a cold weather and even green weeds looks amazing due to rain !Coconut trees and palm trees are the 2 most popular commercially grown trees in here . And being a hobby crafter myself , I love these trees .There are like hundreds of ways you can use these trees ,although palm tree branch is much lasting ,coconut leaves are not so bad .

 My Dad and myself we used to walk in to these coconut grooves in the evenings and later this turned into a hobby of collecting beautiful twigs that are curvy and dried coconut flowers that are really cute when they are made into a beautiful art piece.The coconut spathe too is very strong and after it has been cleaned well and varnished ,it makes an elegant decorative item . It was fun and worth all the hardwork and effort we put in .

 Ideas kept flowing after I started with the first piece of "coconut spathe and fluorescence "craft. In this blog I'll give you some ideas about how you can make day today materials around you and turn it into  a decorative piece . With minimum cost you can make some effective expensive looking handmade crafts . With handmade stuffs you will always have a story to tell .😀  In a Nutshell its a satisfying experience . 

I kind of separately collected the coconut spathe and fluorescence ,then separated the mature flowers that this fluorescence hold with a knife ,then later on used these mature flowers for making photo frames . Along with the stem that holds the female flower ,I dried the whole thing and put them in a wooden handmade vase and it looked spectacular .

At the time of making this I simply put them between window bars in my house . It looked pretty good . Later on nowadays I have set it up in neat vases . Displaying them is exciting  . Hi everyone ,welcome to my blog. This is one beautiful piece of decorative piece ,I managed to make in a day with least costing materials .

In Fact the wooden vase was made by my Dad who is really is good in carving and seeing the good out of old dried trees. polished and varnished old piece of hollow wood made a beautiful holder for this filler Baby breath flowers and coconut leaves stem .
In India we use it as broom sticks .
These were freshly torn tender sticks tied and placed inside the beautiful wooden holder -vase .  It looks fantastic . I have planed to color these sticks and make further more crafty decors . I'll update more of the finished crafts in my future posts .

In the last post I had written about the delightful crafts made using coconut spathe and fluorescence . It was a quirky craft I made with my Dad . Its nice to include family in this craft journey .
In this post I would like to add more to the number of ways we can use parts from a coconut tree and create something beautiful out of it .

The benefits of using these are many . For one ,these materials are pocket friendly .
second these lasts longer and can be collaborated into many other craft pieces.

Made using coconut shell otherwise known as coconut kernel. 

 Handmade crafts are used to decorate our homes more efficiently making our homes look more lively .

Often we use coconuts in our meals . We scrape off the white edible part and throw the outer shell away. Did you know that there are unlimited ways one can use these shells in crafts ?
Here in my blog my dad made some beautiful pen stands using this . In our place coconut trees are seen everywhere . It's one of the main trees found in here . So I have no problem finding these shells . Boy ,They are everywhere!!

Coconut leaves are woven into baskets ,hats and storage boxes . They are useful in many ways .
Kernels are used as firing up large furnaces .
In this post I'm going to post some of the easy day today life's simple crafts that can be made using coconut shells .

You can get some cool ideas when you take a look at this . I have got access to a lot of coconut shells over here ,its seen in abundance.
It's such a joy to share the ideas with the world . Usually I have seen so many crafts using these shells in shops ,this is something we tried making at home after a long time . And it turned out to be good .

Useful things that  you can make using coconut shells  are numerous .
Handmade crafts from Gift boxes to cute stands for pens can be made . Each persons creativity is unique . I encourage you to try more ,add your own wild ,crazy ideas while making this .
You can color it or varnish it . It's entirely your choice . Use acrylic colors on these shells . Looks awesome .

Here are the 2 raw products my Dad made last night . With limited resource for cutting them up ,this is purely handmade .

Hello my dear fellow bloggers ,nice to share some crepe paper craft ideas with you all.
True to the above verse flowers are a wonderful gift to humanity . They are pleasant to look at and marvellous in their structure. So many flowers and so little time to observe them all. 

In this post I like to share with you all some of the beautiful flowers we can make ourselves using paper and some cheap materials . Instead of buying expensive or decorative items we can make our own unique items to display .

In here I'll post 5 most beautiful Roses I made using crepe paper . It's so simple and yet elegant . Being a new blog I'm excited and having a lot of fun and confusions as well . I want to give you as much in formations as possible ,so you can make these with as much hassle as possible.

Roses like I have said before in my earlier posts is one of the most beautiful flower on the planet and my favourite one as well. I have made these using things around me and had a huge success. Hello everyone ,

Today is a wonderful day and I'm going to share with you all some of the paper  trees and plant crafts I made over the past few years and later on I'll add diy procedures for each of the flowers , Its going to be so much fun .At the time when I made all these I had no idea that i was going to put them in a blog so forgive the photography .
Everyone prefers a good ambiance at home and pine for a good looking interior decor at some time ,so instead of wasting so much money on such times ,why not utilize the available materials in nature and handcraft the flowers of your choice more efficiently and more creatively . Not only does it offers lot of piece of mind ,it brings the family together and closer . It sure does bring a lot of compliments . It is a great way to include kids in these projects as well. what better way is there to bond with them than spending time with them..Anyways some of these crafts does require patience .But its worth it . 

HANDMADE PAPER TREE (PINK BLOSSOM)

Wont it be nicer to have a nice little decorated Room to make our own pictures look cooler ? With a little bit of effort and time . We can make a wonderful background for our own selfie at home or at office or some place you own .Its always nice to have a small bouquet of flowers on table in a vase or a vibrant color climber on the wall  decorating our dull walls . It adds a lot of class and beauty to our homes . With that purpose in  my mind I started making these flowers using paper and other recycled materials . It was absolutely stunning to glance upon and decorated my humble abode very well . I even made gifts for friends using some creativity and they loved it . I love a present with a good story behind it . 

I have used around 10 newspaper sheets for this tree . Rolled them up and used cello tapes to keep them in place . Use old newspapers and add 2 or 3 different colors of handmade paper for leaves so it has more natural look , and use acrylic colors to color the base which I shaped used normal cooking flour ,for better look use gum-paste or any carved wooden base .

Roses are one the most beautiful flowers that is found in nature . It's pleasing look and elegantly shaped petals are enough to mesmerize any person ,added to so much beauty ,their colors are one other factor .

When I was a little girl I remember my mother growing a lot of different varieties of Roses in our garden along side with white lilies (they were her favourite ). Orange was not my favourite color but later on I loved it especially after all our Roses in our garden bloomed ,this one stood out ,because they were extraordinarily beautiful even when they were buds . The deep orange with dark leaves were simply marvellous to look at . Later I read that Orange signifies prosperity ,Passion and Enthusiasm . From the moment I knew so ,I started gifting my friends Orange Roses with a bow tied around them with a beautiful Bible verse on it . Making this is so much fun ,and giving them to loved ones is very fulfilling . 

Sadly after Dad retired our native soil and climatic conditions did not   encourage the growth of Roses . I miss them a lot ,I never fail to purchase these beauties once in a while from a good florist near by , since these are expensive I rarely buy them nowadays especially after I started making these pretty flowers at home using paper .

I started to make these as hobbies about 4 years back and thought of sharing with the world about this handmade crafts after one of my friends suggested that I do so . I find many lovely ladies thinking of making something out of the precious time they got ,some just want to relax and do some handcrafts and utilize the time wisely . So for all of you who like to make a beautiful bouquet to make your home lively , here I am with a very easy Nature inspired Rose flower using crepe paper . I'm sure that this going to get you many compliments and you are going to be very happy to have found a good post . Such a thrill to have started writing this very first post . Now lets get started with crafting Orange  crepe paper Roses.These pictures don't justify the real beauty of these realistic Rose flowers .Display these in various ways possible .The possibilities are endless , Hang them up like climbing Roses , Display on wall in a Bamboo wall hanging, showcase them on a wooden vase or earthen pot , wrap them up in a gift wrap and tie a ribbon ,use as Bridesmaid flower basket ,Oh wow ...endless ways of course 

Here below is the step by step procedure to make these pretty Orange Crepe paper Rose . Get the materials and get started .

Materials required 

crepe paper
Floral tape 
Natural twigs 
crayons
stem wire
cotton
fevicol or any glue

Method 
1) Cut out petals and leaves using templates . cut 6 to 7 petals and 3 to 4 leaves for a single Rose flower 
2) If you got golden or silver stem wire ,wind them with floral tape and cut 15 cm with wire cutters.
3)using glue and finger tips shape up all the petals like this . so that it looks natural . (can skip this step and shape it in the end )
4)Using cotton balls coat one tip of the stem and cover with the shaped petals . using glue ,stick the petals to the stem. you got a bud like structure now 
5)one by one stick the petals to the stem until it appears like a rose . 
6)Fun part is this step ,this determines how natural your flower looks like ,with your fingers and glue ,roll the edges of the handmade Rose outward and slightly inward like shown in the picture,takes a little practice .
 (add little more glue on top of the Rose ,aft it dries off it looks glossy .  )
7)on  a natural twig from your backyard ,dust off and clean with a brush . with floral tape wind it well ,every single side branch .
8 )Make as many Orange Roses as possible and make buds and leaves as you wish, start of with 10 flowers . wind each stem of Roses on the twig and cover with floral tape and glue . 
you are done . Add more flowers or leaves as you wish . 

Tips 
For added texture and realistic look ,use double shaded crepe paper 
Display on wooden handmade vases , It looks amazing .
Using crayons shade your petals so as to have a more shades
